The study was conducted to statistical and analyse the number of children in a primary care centre, and to evaluate the use of geographic information system technology as a tool for spatial mapping of the vaccine coverage method and analysis by interpolation in two ways and statistical analysis in R language programming, as well as the analysis vaccinations table in Excel. Data were gathered from Health Department Dhi Qar. The governorate is distinguished by its huge size (13738.67 km²). divided into 15 administrative units. The number of health centres’ immunization services available is about 95 centres and the number of children is about 308207.
