El Liderazgo en Estudiantes de Administración de Negocios Internacionales: Análisis de los Factores Familiares y Académicos Asociados

Leadership is the ability to direct; however, it requires family and educational conditions that allow its development during people's lives. [...]the research carried out aims to analyze the predictive relationship between family and academic factors in leadership in international business administration students from a private university in Lima - Peru. The results show that leadership is related to the educational level of the mother and father; but in the predictive analysis, the decisive influence is possessed by the educational level of the father; demonstrating that, the higher the educational level of the father, the greater the possibility that the son will be formed as a leader. De esta manera, las universidades educarían a un nuevo líder que valore el capital intelectual que delegue labores gerenciales (Ryan & Goldingay, 2022), lo que es coherente con el contexto pos pandémico en el que es un riesgo individualizar el liderazgo (Edge, 2022).
