The study explores the theoretical considerations and in-depth observations of the interpersonal relations involved in interpreting the past. It emphasizes the importance of understanding the social conflicts surrounding past events and the ethical dilemmas of acquiring knowledge. The study also highlights the significance of reconstructing historical context and the role of archival sources in memory studies.
