Zusammenfassung:Nanoparticles (Au) are used in several fields of Nanotechnology and Nano science, as well as for antibacterial properties in the manufacture of Nano-particles. Gold Nanoparticles (AuNPs), Au are used for the treatment of different disease for example heat disease, dysentery, epilepsy, and syphilis diagnosis. An experiment on the gold Nano-particles synthesized from Calotropisprocera and Colutea armata was performed at Sardar Bahadur Khan Women University, Quetta, Pakistan. Gold Nanoparticles AuNps were synthesized within short time indicated the reducing capability of plants metabolites. Colloidal solution of AuNPs synthesized from Calotropis procera showed the SPR at 549nm with UV-visible spectrophotometer. The color change in the synthesis of AuNPs from Colutea armata indicated the formation of gold Nanoparticles. Phytochemical of C. armata served as reducing, stabilizing and capping agent during synthesis. The recorded UV-visible spectra of gold Nanoparticles resulted that broad, smooth and perfect bell shape SPR peak was appeared. UV-visible spectroscopy confirmed the synthesis of gold Nanoparticles. FTIR spectrum divided in to two region finger print region (1500-500cm) and functional group region (4000-1500cm) also reported different stretching frequencies. The X-ray confirmed the gold Nanoparticles synthesized by the Calotropisprocera plants and were crystalline in nature. XRD confirmed the gold Nanoparticles and its reduction reaction produces the Au+ ions. The synthesized gold Nanoparticles were found an effective antifungal agent against selected fungus.
