Zusammenfassung:The chemical graph theory is an interesting part of mathematical chemistry. It implements graph theory on chemical structures. Chemical graphs are important data construction to present chemical construction in cheminformatics. Determinable properties of graphs assign the base for (quantitative) construction activity and construction property predictions-a central regulation of cheminformatics. It applies to natural sciences, namely biology, chemistry, and biochemistry. In modern regulations, it is very important in some fields namely bioinformatics and cheminformatics. Let G be an (n, m) –graph with domination number γ and packing number ρ. In this paper, we explore the construction of some chemical graphs in which domination and packing numbers are equal. We find some chemical graphs for which γ = ρ.
