Zusammenfassung:There is need of the hour to save from physical and emotional loss of a women especially during pregnancy. Pregnancy is a charming dream in life of every woman, but the reality of certain risk factors behind that has hindered its path towards happiness ending. Spontaneous abortion or miscarriage is an adverse pregnancy outcome. Spontaneous abortion, or miscarriage, is defined as a clinically recognized pregnancy loss before the 20th week of gestation. Its rate has been raising day by day due to many risk factors being involved. Formal written consent is firstly taken from the respondents to ensure them of the secrecy and of using these questionnaires in the research only for analysis purpose. This is also ethical consideration important for them to ensure getting best and most reliable response from them. SPSS 16 is used for data analysis till the regression analysis and for hypotheses acceptance or rejection. The result is expected to yield significant result for each risk factor including maternity age, previous reproductive history, caffeine, folate, homocysteine, and tobacco smoke, maternal diseases, drugs and alcohol. The reason is that all these factors has shown very important positive significant results in previous literature as well. Also the responses show more inclination towards significant results outcomes. So these factors shall be mitigated for reducing the ultimate risk of spontaneous abortion.
