Zusammenfassung:Cancer remains the most deadly disease and the leading cause of death worldwide. Early detection is essential in the fight against cancer for successful treatment. However, the inherent limitations of targeted cancer diagnostic methods have impacted early cancer detection. Nanotechnology has been investigated for the detection of extracellular cancer biomarkers and cancer cells due to its high sensitivity, specificity, and multiplexed measurement capacity. Nanotechnology has the potential to provide a quick, safe, cost-effective, and efficient method of cancer treatment. This review will summarize the most recent advancements in nanotechnology applications for cancer detection and it also describe the Nanoparticle mediated cancer treatment. This review article will also describe some approved cancer drug therapies based on Nanotechnology
