Zusammenfassung:The collected blood sample for women from Samarra Hospital and outpatient clinics and the 100 samples were collected from 18 December 2021 until 12 March 2022 , divided into 5 groups comprising each of group 20 specimens, the three pregnancies and postpartum and the control group, Our study results showed a significant increase (P≤0.05) in prothrombin levels during the postpartum period in compared to the control group. The group in second period of pregnancy was relatively high, but the higher ratio was in the post-natal period group. In the case of β-thromboglobulin, there was an increase in the post-natal period compared to the control group and the first period group of pregnancy. Also, Vitamin K has been observed a significant increase in pregnant women in the first and third period groups of pregnancy compared to control group
