Zusammenfassung: | Polymer designing being the emerging tool in formulating novel and green dosage systems. While using a polymer derived from natural source one can contribute in number of ways as these polymers have comparatively lesser toxicity, are easy to ingest and bio compatible in nature. In the current study we extracted gum from plant Linum usitatissimum(flax seed) and subjected it to microwave radiation induced grafting method for formulation of a grafted polymer with acrylamide. The optimization of this grafted polymer is done using various statistical methods to get the best possible composition to get best efficacy while monitoring ingestion and least toxicity profile. The task of optimization of reaction and to minimize the cost of developing and defining such optimized condition leading to yield product desired in high yield and of high purity can be achieved by the use of statistical software. |
