Zusammenfassung: | This research is motivated by education which is currently still oriented input-outputoriented and macro-micro oriented which has not improved the quality of education, whilenes the level of student needs in learning varies for themselves, society, and thedemands of the business world and the development of science and technology. Hope the implementation of total quality management in schools with supervision as quality control that is carried out continuously and sustainably improves the quality of educationto maintain and improve the quality of education is by implementation Collaborative Reflective Academic Supervision. This study aims to identify: 1) the Implementation of total quality management in Public Senior High Schools 4,5,6,12, and 23Bandung.2)Theeffectoftotalqualitymanagement on improving the quality of Islamic education learning outcomes. 3) therelationship of total quality management to improving the quality of Islamic educationlearningoutcomes. The approach used in this research is quantitative. The method used in this research is adescriptive-analytic method with a survey technique. Data collection techniques werecarried out by observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Quantitative dataanalysis techniques used are prerequisite tests (analysis of validity, reliability, normality,linearity, heteroscedasticity), simple linear regression tests, multiple linear regressiontests,and hypothesis testing. The results show that: 1) The implementation of total quality management in improvingthe quality of student learning outcomes was carried out well, with the percentage ofrespondents' answers being 40%. 2) total quality management has a significant effect on improving the quality of student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects. It is shown by the multiple linear regression test that the variable X has a stronginfluenceonYby49%.3) TotalQualityManagementisstrongly related to the improvement of student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education students. It isshown through hypothesis testing, that the obtained tcount is 2,589 and ttable (db = 48) is2,010 with a significant level of 5%. so t count > t table So it can be concluded that thevariable implementation of total quality management (X) has a significant effect on thevariable quality of learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education (Y) in 4, 5, 6, 12,and23 public high schoolsin Bandung, WestJava |
