Zusammenfassung: | A novel low profile fully flexible rhombus shaped miniaturized antenna has been proposed for biomedical applications. The constructed antenna has a small 20 mm x 14 mm x 1 mm profile. The proposed antenna was composed entirely of textile components, including felt for the substrate and conducting copper/nickel ripstop pieces that were sow to the substrate to resonate at frequencies between 3.1 and 10.6 GHz in the ultra-wide band. To horizontal slots inside the patch improve the reflection coefficient. A dumbbell shape as defected ground structure with partial ground of dimension 6 mm x 14 mm was introduced to achieve the hefty bandwidth. The proposed wearable antenna structure can be used for WBAN for health monitoring and bio?medical applications with 11.87 GHz bandwidth also envelop WiMax, WLAN, Wi-Fi and resonating at 5.8 GHz applicable for ISM band with gain 1.72dBi. The surface currents are observed and analyzed. A ZVL network analyzer and anechoic chamber are used to measure the proposed antenna. |
