Zusammenfassung:Aim: To evaluate and describe the prevalence and patterns of the anatomical variations in the arteries of circle of Willis in mixed Indian population and to look for its clinical significance. Materials and methods: Study was carried out at Anushka CT and MRI scan centre, Department of Radiodiagnosis, KEM Hospital, Pune, over a period of 12 months. 585 subjects referred for MRA for various neurological indications were included. Dedicated 3D TOF MRA through COW was carried out for all patients.
