IoT based smart parking system

Nowadays we are facing many problems while parking the vehicles on the road. Due to this reason, the road gets clumsy and jammed everywhere. This makes a tension on the users and the time gets delayed while reaching to the particular destination. So, we are going to rectify this problem by creating an android app (For both driving route and parking). The main challenge statement is to develop an android app to display data for parking slots for reducing the traffic and the accidents happened due to traffic. This will be used by both the public and the traffic department members using separate logins. Navigation will also be easier for the people. The main objective of the smart parking project is if we take this solution to real-time, people need not worry about the availability of parking slots manually. Accidents of vehicles will be reduced due to proper driving without the tension of parking. Since we have the major software part, hardware components for detecting the vehicle parking and detection of improper parking alone need physical components. This project is cost effective and can be implemented easily. This application is efficient as the user can see the availability from any area.
