Zusammenfassung:This study includes the isolation and identification of bacteria that cause skin infections in addition to preparing alumina nanoparticles in the biosynthesis method and testing its efficiency as an anti-bacterial. compared inhibition zones between the prepared nanoparticles and commonly used antibiotics. The prepared nanoparticles were characterized by various techniques, including UV-visible spectrophotometry, X-ray diffraction (XRD), and field emission scanning electron microscopic (FE-SEM) technology was also used to verify the morphology of the crystal structure. UV- visible spectroscopy showed success in the synthesis of alumina nanoparticles by observing the absorption peak that was (248,250) nm, which belongs to alumina nanoparticles, and X-ray diffraction confirmed the presence of Al2O3NPs in the crystal structure of the prepared particles
