Zusammenfassung:Periodical evaluation of predictors of satisfaction improves the quality of the educational experience of the program and enables institutions to adapt to the needs of students. Aim of this study is to determine undergraduate nursing students’ satisfaction with baccalaureate nursing program.Researchers conducted a cross-sectional descriptive studyamong 97 undergraduate nursing students from January 2021 to May 2021. A web based structured questionnaire was designed in English language after establishing the validity and reliability (Cronbach’s alpha was 0.96). Descriptive analysis revealed that 60.59% undergraduate nursing students were satisfied with nursing program, 28.73% were neutral and 10.66%were dissatisfied. The curriculum and teaching dimension was the one with the greatest satisfaction (62.69%) followed by professional and social interaction (62.28%), faculty (58.91%) and learning environment (58.46%). Furthermore, ANOVA analysis variance showed that younger students and students from early years of the study are more satisfied with curriculum and teaching, faculty and professional and social interaction. In addition, students with excellent CGPA have greater satisfaction with faculty. The study concluded that 60.59% undergraduate nursing students were satisfied with nursing program. However, remaining 39.39% were either neutral/dissatisfied with nursing program. To improve the effectiveness of nursing educational programs, comprehensive and consistent evaluation of student satisfaction as well as continuous development of quality services is necessary.
