Zusammenfassung:In the era of technology or rapid changes in the business world, increases the demand for talented and skilful human resources. In this situation, individuals always try to make themselves updated through many other training programs and always engaged themselves in other career enhancement programs which increase their working hours. These economic situations and demand for talented employees, change the role of women employees in the world which causes a state in it, female employees undergo eerie burden for developing their career as substantial as male equivalent while sustaining positive participation at the home. This leads to the turnover rate of female employees, lack of commitment, reduction of satisfaction which creates an unhealthy environment in the organizations as well as neglects the talented women employees. For reducing all these situations a concept of' work-life balance' help the woman employees to build a strong career and give a chance to show their commitment towards their job or organization which also increases productivity and causes development in the organizations. This show positively effects on female workers as physical, emotional and social well-being and for maintaining a work-life balance, it is inevitability for working?women to lead a quality-life. In this research paper we present the literature of work-life balance and working women to balancing personal responsibilities and achieving professional objectives.
