Zusammenfassung:Human foot is a complex structure with diverse functions acting as stable dynamic base during gait. Stroke patients suffer from lack of activation of intrinsic foot muscles and foot malalignment resulting in affection of all spatiotemporal parameters, kinematics, and kinetic variables of gait. Facilitation of intrinsic foot muscles improves foot alignment and control during gait that permit the foot to provide stable dynamic base through its unique rocking movement during gait.
