Zusammenfassung:This paper aimed to find out the cognitive ability as well as the correlation between the teachers’ teaching performance with the students’ critical thinking skills. This was participated by 372 Junior High school students from selected secondary schools in the Division of Zamboanga City, Philippines. Standardized instruments were used to gather data as basis for the answering the research questions.
