Zusammenfassung: | The contribution focuses on the investigation of the transient wave process into a viscoelastic continuum. Mechanical waves are provoked by a blast, as the impact load acts on the internal surface of a structural element (a hollow cylinder). Within the hypothesis of isotropic behavior, the material response is simulated through an incremental modification of the initial elasticity modulus by the predefined viscoelasticity relationship. The presented results include a simulation of stress evolutions at specified locations. |
