Zusammenfassung: | The article is devoted to modeling the technological process of marking the surface of metal products using pulsed lasers. The described mathematical model makes it possible to select the optimal technological parameters of laser marking in order to form marking symbols with specified color characteristics on the surface of products made of non-ferrous metals and alloys with various chemical compositions, taking into account the physical properties of the material being marked. The developed technological regimes have been tested and recommended for marking serial products made of corrosion-resistant steels and non-ferrous metals and alloys for various industrial application. The use of four or eight colors in a color matrix code instead of only black and white in a two-dimensional code allows increasing the code capacity to two or three bits of information, depending on the number of color layers. Operating with 4 or 8 stable color shades, including the background color, it is possible to form two- and three-layer color matrix codes on the surface of each of the listed materials. |
