Zusammenfassung:One of the added variants of electric discharge machining (EDM) processes is powder mixed EDM (PMEDM) where solid materials in form of tiny powders are mixed with the dielectric while performing the machining. In this study, the varying process parameters of PMEDM for Nimonic C-263 are optimized using a manifold variable optimization method known as grey relational analysis. Titanium powder mixed with green dielectric, deionized water is utilized during the processing. The requirement is to expand the material removal rate (MRR), and to lower down the tool wear rate and surface roughness (Ra). In the present investigation, the highest MRR is recorded at I pc  = 10 mA and C  = 9 g/lit whereas the least value of Ra is achieved at I pc  = 8 mA and C  = 9 g/lit.
