Zusammenfassung:Kommerell’s diverticulum is an uncommon aortic arch anomaly. Kommerell’s diverticulum cases may be asymptomatic, symptoms of compression on the trachea or esophagus may be seen, and these cases also have a risk of spontaneous aortic rupture. In this study, images of a Kommerell diverticulum case that caused severe esophageal compression and dysphagia were presented.
