Zusammenfassung: | Concrete is a very important material used in the construction sector. Developments for research on the tensile strength of concrete are increasingly being improved. Steel fiber concrete aims to increase the tensile strength of concrete so that it is resistant to the tensile force caused by the influence of climate, temperature, and weather changes experienced by a large surface. One of the ingredients that have a function to increase the split tensile strength of concrete is steel fiber. In addition to the use of steel fiber, also added an admixture in the form of viscocrete 8679-MN. This research aims to increase the tensile strength of concrete with steel fiber and mixed with viscocrete 8670-MN. Where steel fiber and viscocrete 8670-MN are used in concrete mixes, check using a 15 x 30 cm cylinder at the age of 28 days. The study results obtained the value of the tensile strength of the concrete plan of 25 MPa. The steel fiber percentage in the mixture is 1%, 2%, 3%, and 4%, while viscocrete 8670-MN used 0.8%. From the results of this study, the tensile strength of concrete with the highest value was obtained with a mixture of steel fiber 4% and viscocrete 8670-MN 0.8%, namely 3.82 MPa for 28 days. |
