Zusammenfassung:An approach that allows a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the grain structure of ultrafine grained nickel by electrochemical etching surface is proposed. The data on the etching relief of ultra-fine-grained nickel obtained by scanning tunneling microscopy are analyzed. The bimodality of the structure is revealed, which is confirmed by statistical analysis.
