Zusammenfassung:The possibility of improving the characteristics of an acousto-optic deflector of terahertz radiation based on liquefied SF 6 gas by sectioning the ultrasound transducer has been theoretically investigated. It has been established that when using a four-sectioned transducer, the number of resolved spots is 4 times greater than when using a single-sectioned transducer of the same length.
