Zusammenfassung:An environmentally friendly iodine‐catalyzed electrochemical synthetic protocol has developed to access 3‐alkynyltriazoles through the cyclization of α,β‐alkynic hydrazones and primary amines. This reaction is carried out without the addition of electrolyte with excellent functional group tolerance in an undivided cell under mild conditions, affording substituted 3‐alkynyltriazoles with moderate to good yields. The gram scale reaction demonstrates the potential of this protocol in industrial synthesis. An electrochemical iodine‐catalyzed the cyclization of α,β‐alkynic hydrazones and primary amines to access 3‐alkynyltriazoles has developed. The excellent functional group tolerance indicates the universality of this protocol and the gram scale reaction demonstrate more potential in industrial synthesis.
