Zusammenfassung:Treatment of Aneurysms In article number 2305868, Rahmi Oklu and co‐workers introduce an approach to flow diverter stent‐assisted treatment of wide‐neck ruptured aneurysms. Following the deployment of the stent, a microcatheter is trapped with its tip in the aneurysm sac. The biomaterial is injected, casting the aneurysm and instantly achieving hemostasis. After a short period of time, the aneurysm neck is healed, preventing re‐bleeding.
