Zusammenfassung: | Dr. Kwang Soon Lee, was one of three female South Korean Missiologists who had a profound impact on the South Korean Church through her mentoring, teaching, research, writing, and founding of mission journals. In particular, she influenced the Presbyterian Church of Korea-Tonghap in ways which resulted in the growth of its concern for the lost and the number of its missionaries. This article traces the influences on her perspective, including numerous academic degrees and the faculty at Presbyterian College and Theological Seminary. Her work and influence, to date, have been relatively unknown in the English-speaking world. |
