Zusammenfassung: | The study considers mathematical models that describe binder dispersed systems using cement binders as an example. The possibilities of mathematical modeling in relation to hydration and the processes of structure formation of artificial cement stone are shown. It has been established that when controlling the structure and characteristics of a composite material, it is worth relying on a set of stages, considering hydration as a complex multi-stage process. Consideration of the complex process of hydration development of the structure from the point of view of the analysis of chemical reactions only is a serious simplification, since chemical transformations in the hardening cement system are also accompanied by a number of physicochemical phenomena. Hydration of cement stone from the standpoint of mathematical modeling should be studied by combining chemical reactions and physical processes with obtaining new patterns and their scientific justification. |
