Zusammenfassung: | The results of numerical modeling of a polymer filament with two degrees of freedom are presented. It was shown that the majority of existing mechanical models fail to adequality describe the phenomena that occur during dynamic deformation of synthetic yarns based on carbo- and heterocyclic aramids. In particular, these models cannot describe the phenomenon of runouts observed for these materials over a narrow range of stresses in the free oscillation mode. A structural-rheological model of a synthetic filament is proposed, which is supplemented with a spiral viscoelastic element, in addition to a spring and a damper. The introduction of a new structural element into the model allowed the authors to not only obtain a second-order equation, but also quantitatively describe the phenomenon under consideration. |
