Zusammenfassung:This study aims to determine the life quality of the human resources model in districts/cities in West Java, Middle Java, and East Java. Data is taken from the Central Statistics Bureau of Indonesia. The panel data was used to analyze the time series starting 2017 to 2028, for all districts/cities. The variable of research is economic growth, infrastructure of education and health, as well as population. The results show that the fitted model in West Java and Middle Java is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM), while Random Effect Model (REM) suits East Java. The main findings show education and population are the most significant determinant influencing the quality of life of human resources in the district/city in West Java, Middle Java, as well as East Java. The support of other indicators, e.g., literacy, quality of education, and life expectancy, is needed to create the successful implementation of government regulation regarding the improvement of quality of life.
