Design of cleaning mobile robot

Industries of large scale comes with lot of problems among the the collection of hazardous metallic scrap materials on the work floor. Yearly a lot of cases of accidents inside the industries occurs due to improper maintenance and collection of machined chips on the work floor. This happens due to negligence and lack of attention for the cleaning of chips from the machines. Scraps on the floor is as hazardous as those over the machines because very small sized scraps are mistakenly not cleaned, there go on other hand scraps over the machines are handled by professionals while scraps on the floors are handled with a normalized efficiency of 60% by scavengers who might possible not aware of the seriousness till the last piece of scrap over the floor which might lead to serious medical and materialistic problems. In order to reduce the problems that has been mentioned above which are faced by industries, an equipment like robot that reach out to the efficiency of 95% in collecting metallic scraps from the work floor will help industries to relax over one of their major problems.
