Zusammenfassung:Magnetic and resistive properties of a SrMnO 3 /La 0.7 Sr 0.3 MnO 3 antiferromagnetic/ferromagnetic heterostructure are studied in a temperature range of 50–300 K using magnetotransport measurements. It is established that, in the heterostructure, the SrMnO 3 layer is in an antiferromagnetic state at room temperature, which is above its Néel point for a single layer, and the magnetization of the heterostructure exhibits the properties of unidirectional anisotropy. This conclusion is also confirmed by the ferromagnetic resonance spectra.
