Zusammenfassung:This study examines job motivation's influence on organizational commitment among employees of Group A travel agencies operating in Istanbul. Adopting a qualitative research design, data for this study were collected through face-to-face surveys using a convenience sampling method from travel agency employees in Istanbul from January to April 2023. The analysis of the obtained data reveals a positive impact of job motivation on organizational commitment. This study provides a valuable contribution to understanding the relationship between job motivation and organizational commitment, as well as enhancing the performance of agency employees. The findings can assist businesses in developing strategies to increase employee motivation.
