Zusammenfassung: | A novel hypochlorite probe based on pyridinium salt was designed and synthesized, and the structure was confirmed by NMR and high-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS). The probe can respond with hypochlorite in a very short time, and shows high selectivity for hypochlorite over other anions and reactive oxygen species molecule. The fluorescent intensity at 498 nm decreases linearly with hypochlorite concentration in the range 5–200 µM. A remarkable detection limit (0.37 µM) can be achieved. |
