Zusammenfassung: | The paper describes a technique of optimization of a hydraulic system at the stage of preliminary design by the NSGA-II genetic algorithm. Optimization criteria are the minimization of the structure mass and minimization of the system volume. A modification of the method of main contours for the matrix representation of the system is described, as well as functions for determining the flow and the pressure for each branch of the hydraulic system, to implement the principle of efficient flow distribution. The description and the flow-chart of the optimization technique for the hydraulic system with the use of the NSGA-II genetic algorithm is included as well as the method of choosing the suitable solution from the set of Pareto optimal solutions accounting the weight coefficients. |
