Zusammenfassung:Field studies results of the concrete operating conditions in an aggressive environment of class XF 4 are described at the article. The indicators characterizing the severity of external effects were identified using an example of the operation of seaport and transport facilities on Sakhalin Island. We proposed to characterize external effects with such a load, the parameters of which are determined by the type of freezing mechanism and the freezing environment. The operating conditions of marine and transport facilities differ fundamentally in the parameters of the external impact load. To a large extent, the intensity of the external impact load on the concrete depends on the type of freezing mechanism.
