In the modern economic system in the conditions of developed market relations, in order to maintain long-term economic development, it is crucial to increase the efficiency of production on the basis of labor productivity growth. It is labor productivity in a market economy that is the main source of economic growth and one of the most important factors in weakening inflation expec-tations and improving the quality of life of the population. The relevance of the research topic also determines the fact that the construction industry is the basis of the vital activity of any state, acts as the foundation of physical, moral improvement and, ultimately, well-being in society, and its development is entirely predetermined by an increase in labor productivity. The article presents a two-factor model of labor productivity. The article describes 10 methods of factor analysis developed by Filatov E. A., which allow you to make an accessible and relatively simple conclusion about changes in the performance indicator.
