On eigenfunctions and eigenvalues of a nonlocal Laplace operator with involution in a parallelepiped

In this paper, we study eigenfunctions and eigenvalues of the Dirichlet problem for the nonlocal Laplace equation. An explicit form of eigenfunctions and eigenvalues for the parallelepiped is found. Theorems on completeness of the eigenfunctions of the problem under consideration are proved.
