Analysis of the electronic equipment technological effectiveness in the lean production model

The work is devoted to integrated approach to analyzing technological effectiveness of the electronic equipment taking into account the Lean Production requirements. Digitalization of the electronic equipment production within the framework of the Industry 4.0 concept involves an integrated approach to digital transformation considering a wide range of HR management tasks to be solved. The model of modern production being an organizational system implies integrity and inseparable connection of digital models of the manufactured products, technological processes, equipment, facilities, material, logistics and information flows with the activities of personnel. These models should be described in the unified information space with a possibility of data cross-exchange at inputs and outputs forming together a manageable and transparent organizational structure. Lean Production concept introduction is aimed at creating such organization management methods that improve quality of the product life cycle by reducing the losses. The work focuses on evaluating the impact of the direct personnel activities on the technological effectiveness, these activities are an active element of the organizational management system. The paper considers the problem of efficient management of the technological effectiveness in digital production organizational systems taking into account personnel activities in the unified information and production digital environment. As part of the work, scientific and methodological basis of predictive technological effectiveness management was formed as the way to reduce losses within the Lean Production concept frames in the context of digital transformation of the organizational industrial systems.
