Zusammenfassung: | Modern electromechanical actuators for the rotary control diaphragms of cogeneration steam turbines are reviewed. A kinematic diagram of an electromechanical actuator with an unpowered spring return (failsafe) is proposed. The results of studying the following main components of an actuator are reported: spiral spring, screw gear, electric motor. Adynamic model was developed and used to examine the emergency (failsafe) operation mode of the actuator. The necessity of using a damper to prevent plastic strains is justified. |
