Zusammenfassung:A study is performed of the temperature behavior of the resistance in a LaMnO 3 /Bi 4 Ti 3 O 12 / Ba 0.4 Sr 0.6 TiO 3 /MgO heterostructure. An anomalous region with two resistance maxima is found in the 120–180 K range of temperatures. A transition to metallic conductivity below 120 K is established. It is shown that the resistance of the heterostructure grows considerably upon exposure to green light.
