(BCZT) powders were rapidly synthesized by microwave assisted sol–gel-hydrothermal method (MSGH) at low temperature. The effects of synthesis temperature on the structure and sintering properties of the obtained BCZT powders were investigated. The results showed that the appropriate synthesis temperature synthesized by MSGH can be reduced to 180 °C. At this synthesis temperature, BCZT powder exhibits a pure phase structure, good microscopic morphology, and accurate elemental proportions, with an average particle size of about 85 nm.
