Zusammenfassung:Super hydrophilic polymeric bio-nanofiber textiles were prepared using electrospinning technique. The solutions of these textiles were prepared by dissolving appropriate amounts of Poly (vinyl alcohol) PVA, Collagen (coll.) and Hyaluronic acid (HAc) biopolymers in water and electro spumed with suitable operating conditions. Binary and tertiary blends obtained from mixing these solutions. Solutions results showed that PVA solution and all its blends experienced a non-Newtonian behavior with shear thinning phenomenon and the addition of either of Coll. or HAc solutions reduces the viscosity and increases the surface tension and the electrical conductivity especially HAc addition.FTIR results proved the presence of all the three components in the tertiary blend and there is no chemical reaction among them. For the obtained nano fiber textiles, Coll. or HAc additions increases the wettability, so some samples are with super hydrophilic character, which is the desired property in wound healing applications. Coll. and HAc additions resulted in different fiber morphologies (individual, fused, branched and beads) with different preferred directions, different fiber diameter ranges, different random degrees and different elemental chemical analysis
