Zusammenfassung:This article explains and answers the pattern of the relationship between teaching fees, training facilities, motivation and quality of teaching widyaiswara both relationships related to motivation and directly without motivation. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Descriptive analysis is used through the stages of data reduction, exposure, conclusion drawing and verification. Descriptive statistics are used to process quantitative data with the SPSS application. The results showed that teaching honorarium and training facilities had a significant effect on motivation, namely 42.5%. The effect of teaching honorarium, training facilities and motivation on teaching quality is 65.2%. The indirect effect of training facilities and teaching honors through motivation is greater than without motivation on teaching quality. Simultaneously, training facilities and teaching fees through motivation there is an important impact on learning with a significant value. This research provides important information for education and training organizers in order to prepare for the implementation of integrated education and training
