Zusammenfassung: | In this study, we have prepared graphene oxide (GO) and polyaniline (PANI)-based hybrid nanocomposite electrode material by mechanical vibration method for enhanced supercapacitor applications. The vibrational stretching, structural characteristics and crystallinity of the prepared hybrid nanocomposite material have been examined using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, RAMAN and X-ray diffraction studies, respectively. Furthermore, the scanning electron microscopy characterizations have also been performed to study the morphological and topographical properties of the hybrid nanocomposite which clearly inferred that PANI nanostructures were successfully decorated on the GO matrix. The electrochemical properties of prepared GO/PANI nanocomposite were analyzed by performing cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge–discharge, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy by utilizing a three-electrode configuration. The GO/PANI nanocomposite exhibited a very high capacitance (659.5 Fg

current density, indicating the promising energy storage applications. The excellent supercapacitor performance of the nanocomposite is attributed to the synergistic combination of high capacitance of PANI and exceptional mechanical stability of GO as solid base to the matrix. |
