In this paper, we propose an algorithm for the routing of Graphene nanoribbon based interconnect considering minimization of grid area and improvement of interconnect-reliability as the optimization goals with minimum increase in interconnect resistance and delay. The experiment is done on a random data set and the result shows the effectiveness of our method. |
