Zusammenfassung: | With the use of digital dentistry in current clinical practice, the trend towards monolithic all-ceramic restorations is increasing day by day. In response to this demand, manufacturers offer new materials with improved content and properties to the dental market. To eliminate these disadvantages of zirconia and to benefit from its advantages, manufacturers change the internal structure of zirconia and made it suitable for monolithic use. The aim of this review is to classify the current monolithic zirconia material as a guide to clinicians. In-vitro ve in vivo aratirmalar, birinci jenerasyon zirkonyadan uretilen restorasyonlann uygun mekanik stabilite ve yuksek klinik guvenilirlik sundugunu gbstermitir.12'15 Yeterli anatomik destek saglandiginda anterior ve posterior bolgede up uyeye kadar veneer seramik lie birlikte sabit dental restorasyonlarda (SDR) altyapi materyali olarak kullamlan 3Y-TZPnin klinik verileri 10 yil sonrasinda, tek uye restorasyonlarda anterior bolgede (%86.1-100) - posterior bolgede (%83.5-92), hem de 3 uyeli restorasyonlarda anterior bolgede (%88.8-100) - posterior bolgede (%70.3-91.3) yuksek sag kalim oram gostermitir.16 Yuksek opakligi nedeniyle birinci jenerasyon zirkonya monolitik restorasyonlann uretimi igin kontrendikedir. |
