Zusammenfassung: | Honeycomb reinforced polyurethane composite structure has excellent performance and has been used in more interior and exterior parts. Based on the integrated molding technology of honeycomb-reinforced polyurethane composite structure and skin fabric, three important factors affecting the interface bonding performance are proposed, the orthogonal test scheme is designed, and the process parameters of the product applied to the battery cover of the new energy vehicles are optimized and verified by taking the flat tensile strength as the index. The results show that the test can obtain the best process parameters, effectively improve the interface bonding performance of composite products, and can be used to guide the production and preparation of new energy vehicle battery cover products. |
