Zusammenfassung: | The contribution of graphene’s novel properties such as optical, mechanical, and electrical conductivity makes it as an attractive material for various applications. The oxidation process of graphite powders into graphene oxide, followed by reduced graphene oxide is an established approach to synthesize graphene-based materials. In this paper, we execute modified hummer’s method and further characterizations were performed using X-ray diffraction and Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy. The outcomes of the experiment revealed that, final product that has been obtained is the desired reduced graphene oxide. |
